Before actually coming out for the service, the customer support team was easy to schedule with and very clear on what my booking covered and what would be an additional fee. So I knew what to expect before they arrived. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional and explained everything to me step by step throughout the process. They laid out my options for services above what was included in my request and did a very good job of replacing my geyser and ceiling. Thank you 

Juspropa team is amazing! Mthabiso and the team are our family now. We had original water damage upstairs that affected a huge area. They came the same day I called and set up everything to get us dried out. Their build-back for that damage is amazing! It looks like we have a whole new house. So our geyser burst. I called the Juspropa Customer Support team at like 2 am and they dispatch a team to come to take care of the issue. I refer them to everyone I know! Tim and his team are fantastic! This is the third time we have hired Juspropa to do work and this time they knocked it out of the park. Our bathroom was stuck in 1983. It is now modern and amazing. Juspropa team completed all the carpentry, electrical and plumbing work. The customer support team is always updating progress and did an amazing job. In it, they built a cottage, a half bath, and a huge living area with a custom fireplace which is gorgeous. During the process, the contractor consulted with me each step of the way and gave me options to consider. He gave me his expert opinion to assist in making decisions. He was always considering methods to save money but not to the detriment of quality. 

We have had serious drainage problems for many years and three other contractors couldn’t figure out why it continued to be an issue. Juspropa appointed a plumber and they took the time to figure out what the real cause was and where the water was actually coming from and the real solution to our drainage issue. They worked on a call-out standard fee and were diligent in looking at all of the solutions and now we have a dry backyard. THANK YOU JUSPROPA
