Our Customer Support Team will be in touch with you shortly and create a WhatsApp group to help us manage this job effectively. Adherence to the following steps will ensure we are always in the loop of what is happening and Your Happiness is Guaranteed.

To ensure the job goes smoothly, we have outlined some key points below:

The Homeowner

1. The price you’ve paid is only valid for what meets the agreed-upon Terms and Conditions. If not, Service Provider may need to quote & charge you more, depending on the work required to get the job done. Payment will be done directly to Juspropa before Service Provider leaves on-site.

When extra work is required, the following process must be followed

1. Service Provider quotes and sends the Quote to this group (even if he/she is at your premises)

2. All Quotes must be on Juspropa template and state in detail the work plus materials required

3. Customer approves the Quote using this WhatsApp group

Once the job is finished, we will ask you to sign off on the job to release your payment to the Service Provider.

Only the assigned Service Provider to the job can do the job. Any changes reallocating a new Service Provider are strictly managed by Juspropa

The Service Provider

Is expected to schedule an installation/repair date with the client within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

1. Service Provider is meant to ensure all communication is done using this group, even to recap in person or telephone discussions.

2. Extra work required must be communicated to this group – See the 3 Step process as noted above.

Please note:

1. If the Service Provider has gone out there’s an R250.00 holdback for the callout.

2. If the Service Provider doesn’t go out there’s an R150.00 hold-back admin fee (for processing the refund)
