1. Introduction
Welcome to Juspropa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, and any content provided by Juspropa. By accessing or using Juspropa, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.
2. Scope of Work
a) Services Provided: Juspropa offers a range of home and office improvement services, including but not limited to solar installations, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, handyman services, kitchen and bathroom renovations, tiling, and appliance repairs. Our professionals are skilled, experienced, and qualified.
b) Modification of Work: No modifications to the existing structure will be made without prior consent from the client. Existing structural fittings will be used unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
c) Labor and Tools: Juspropa will provide all necessary labor and tools for the job, ensuring exceptional service.
3. Duration of Work
a) Estimated Duration: Work duration is subject to job logistics. While Juspropa will strive to complete the work within the estimated timeframe, specific completion dates cannot be guaranteed.
b) Delays: Delays caused by the client, such as late delivery of materials or unforeseen circumstances, may extend the completion date.
4. Health and Safety
a) Regulations: Juspropa adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
b) Client Responsibility: The client must provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team.
5. Warranties and Liabilities
a) Workmanship Warranty: Juspropa offers a 12-month warranty on workmanship.
b) Liability for Damages: Juspropa is not liable for damages or losses related to invisible plumbing, electrical systems, or unforeseen issues resulting from drilling, cutting, or digging.
c) Customer Satisfaction: Juspropa offers a Guaranteed Happiness Policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, we will work to meet your expectations, and if not, a full refund will be processed.
6. Payment Terms
a) Fees: Additional work will be billed separately, and payment must be made before or after the job. Proof of Payment is required before the Juspropa team leaves the site.
b) Materials: The client supplies all necessary materials for the job or Juspropa will provide all the materials depending on the nature of the agreement.
7. Service Area
a) Coverage: Juspropa services are available within a 30km radius of the City Centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius in Pretoria.
b) Additional Travel: Travel beyond these areas will incur a charge of R4.00 per additional km.
8. Customer Support
a) Availability: Juspropa offers 24/7 customer support. For inquiries or issues, please contact us via our website or support channels.
9. Using Juspropa
a) User Obligations: You agree not to use false or misleading advertising, copy or distribute content without consent, or impair the website's functionality. Compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property laws, is required.
b) Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information you provide. We may edit, modify, or remove information at our discretion and reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches.
c) License Grant: By providing content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and display the material.
d) Device Information: You consent to the collection and processing of device information for fraud prevention.
e) Provider Selection: It is your responsibility to select a suitable Service Provider and negotiate terms. Juspropa is not liable for disputes between you and Service Providers.
10. Arrangements with Service Providers
a) Engagement: Contact Service Providers only through our Platform. We are not liable for direct dealings.
b) Non-Affiliation: Service Providers are not affiliated with Juspropa. Agreement terms must be negotiated directly with them.
c) Disputes: Address disputes directly with Service Providers and notify us. We may investigate and take lawful action, including suspending or terminating access.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Juspropa against any claims arising from the customer information you provide, including trademark or copyright infringement.
12. Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or delete content, limit or terminate services, and enforce our policies. We are not liable for unauthorized content or user conduct.
13. Fees and Services
a) Charges: Fees for some services will be disclosed at the time of purchase and are quoted in South African Rands.
b) Non-Refundable Fees: Fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for payment. Failure to pay may limit your ability to use our services.
14. Disclaimer
a) Platform Content: Juspropa is not involved in property transactions and is not liable for decisions based on listings or content.
b) Website Integrity: We do not guarantee error-free operation or the absence of harmful elements on our website and are not liable for any damages arising from your use.
c) Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content on linked websites.
15. Liability
a) No Warranty: We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-posted content and are not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of Juspropa.
b) Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the greater of the total fees you paid in the 14 days prior to the action giving rise to liability.
c) Exclusions: We are not liable for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
a) Rights: All intellectual property related to the Platform is owned by Juspropa or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
b) Applications: All rights related to Juspropa Applications are owned by Juspropa. Modification, decompilation, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
17. Security
We reserve the right to preserve the security and integrity of our network. Users committing offenses under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are liable for resulting damages.
18. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes, contact us via email at info@juspropa.com. We may consider alternative dispute resolution methods.
19. Mobile Devices Terms
a) Application Use: When using the Juspropa Mobile Application, comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms. We are not responsible for damages resulting from application use.
20. Applicable Law and General
a) Governing Law: These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes must be resolved by South African courts.
b) Amendments: We may update these Terms, with changes taking effect when posted or 30 days after posting.
