  • What are the Terms & Conditions of Standard Fee?

    The area where the installation/job will be done must be cleared and prepped Guarantee a 1 (one) year warranty on installation.

    The service is strictly limited to the work described and declared in conformity with the above. Any other specification identified by the installer, which does not comply with the standards, or does not comply with the rules applicable, as well as generating changes to your facility is not included in this benefit. 

  • What if my Estimate for Quantities are Incorrect?

    In order for the project to run smoothly, we create a WhatsApp group with you, the appointed Service Provider, and one of our Customer Support advisors to help manage additional charges, in case you underestimated, and to manage refunds, in case you overestimated your needs.

  • How do I know this price is fair?

    We’ve collected cost records from thousands of home projects completed. So we are sure you’re getting fair, upfront pricing for yours. This is to make sure you are not being ripped off of your hard-earned money.

  • How Refunds are processed?

    You can get a refund for any of the following:

    1. For all appliance repair projects, in the event that a replacement part has been discontinued/or cannot be sourced by the Service Provider or client after a site inspection, the customer is liable to pay an R350.00 callout fee to the service provider - this will be deducted from the initial amount that was paid upfront and the balance is paid back to the customer within 14 working days.
    2. If a customer pays for a service and gets connected to a service provider who then cancels due to certain reasons, Juspropa will assign another service provider within the same day to assist the client with the project. Failure to assign another service provider, the client will be eligible for a full refund.
    3. If you cancel 24 hours or less before the appointment you will be liable for a cancellation fee. (Note: There is a 10% late cancellation fee but you are eligible for a refund of the remainder).

    Please note: Payments take up to 14 days depending on the bank you use.

    If the Service Provider has gone out there's an R350.00 holdback for the callout.

    If the Service Provider doesn't go out there's an R250.00 hold-back admin fee (for processing the refund)
