•  Scope of Work: Juspropa will provide labor and tools, with no modifications made to the building without prior consent. Existing structural fittings will be used unless otherwise discussed.
• Duration: The completion time is estimated and may vary. Delays caused by the client or unforeseen circumstances may extend the timeframe.
• Health and Safety: Juspropa will adhere to safety regulations, and the client must ensure a safe working environment.
• Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa guarantees skilled workmanship and a 12-month warranty. They are not liable for damages from drilling, cutting, or digging that affect hidden plumbing or electrical systems.
• Payment Terms: Additional work will be billed separately and must be paid before or after the work. Proof of payment is required before leaving the site. The client is responsible for supplying materials.
• Service Area: Services are available within a 30km radius of Johannesburg and a 10km radius of Pretoria city centers. Travel beyond these distances incurs a charge of R4.00 per additional km.
